Many trainers and clients often combine speed/agility training into the same protocols. This is a fundamental mistake we see in many of the programs offered to athletes.
Agility training is specific and unique to enhancing your ability to rapidly accelerate/decelerate in order to change direction of travel. Many trainers and programs focus exclusively on building lower body strength to do this, however, and miss one of the most critical components of radical agility improvements--the core.
Along with a powerful and balanced lower body, our strategic focus on core strength in agility training will work hand in hand to balance your body. This balance, along with the advanced footwork techniques we teach, will radically improve your agility by the end of our program.
